A geo form is a configurable app that comes with ArcGIS online. It works with an existing feature layer that comes from ArcGIS online or from a server. This means that if you have a feature class or a database layer, you can collect service requests into it that can be viewed in ArcMap. The feature layer is used to create and configure a geo form. - The use of the geo form requires ArcGIS online, which is included with ArcGIS for server or ArcGIS desktop. -...
